With more than 30 years of legal experience, Mr. Lotzar has distinguished himself among business leaders, fellow attorneys and his community. After a successful tenure as a senior partner at Kutak Rock LLP, Mr. Lotzar opened Lotzar Law Firm, P.C., in August 2005, to pursue other entrepreneurial and community-related interests.
Mr. Lotzar has extensive experience dealing with public contracts and issues related to public officials and has been involved in bond financings with an aggregate value in excess of $5 billion.
Mr. Lotzar earned his Bachelor of Arts in Business from Michigan State University in 1982 and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Detroit School of Law in 1985. He and his wife, Mary Sue, also an attorney with Lotzar Law Firm, P.C., have been married since 1987, reside in Scottsdale, and they have 3 adult children.
